Expand your home or garage gym with this height adjustable jammer arm attachment. Our jammer arms will only fit on our Elite Series Power Cage because the mechanism will only fit on 3” x 3” upright poles exclusively. This beast was created in order to add more dynamic, explosive upper and lower body exercises that help increase total body strength. These beauties are forged with high grade 11 gauge steel, painted with low gloss black paint, and finished with a powder coat to help reduce the risk of rust. Rubber stoppers prevent paint damage to the upright poles and helps reduce grinding type sounds that occur when metal rubs on metal. Steel cut numbering system makes adjusting the height easy. Decide a comfortable spot you can lift from, make sure they are at the same height level on each side, then, use the pins to help lock into place. Weight loading arms are long and are 2” in diameter, this allows 2” Olympic plates to be loaded on with relative ease. The maximum weight capacity is 440 pounds for each arm.

• Purpose - Our Lever or Jammer arms are space saving and are designed to be an accessory that attaches to the front of the Elite Series Power Cage. This will add explosive upper body and lower body exercises to your fitness regiment and the height can be adjusted on the arms themselves or vertically on the upright poles.
• Usage - Use only on 3” x 3” upright poles with 1” mounting holes. This must be installed on the outside of your cage or rack. Place Jammer arms without the handle attached on your upright poles. Lock into place with pins. Once secure, find the appropriate height to attach your handles and place pins through the holes on the handle. Lock into place and you are ready to workout.
• Materials - Casted in 11 gauge steel with rubber stoppers and painted black with a low gloss, powder coat finish. Steel cut numbered holes and logo.
• What’s Inside - (2) Lever/Jammer arm attachments, (6) pins, (2) bolts/screws, (2) hex head nuts, and (4) washers. Instructions are included.
• Product Specifications - Total product measures 39.25” x 28” x 3”. Plate loading arms are 12.6” in length x 2” diameter. Rubber stoppers are 2” x 2”. Pins are 5” in length x .6” diameter and pin holes are .65” in diameter. Bolt/screws measure 5” long. Hex head nuts are 1” wide.
